Technical Skills Required:
  • Proficient with After Effects.
  • Proficient with Adobe Premiere or Avid (Avid is preferred).
  • Experienced camerawork with multi-camera live productions.
  • Reliable, consistent, punctual.
  • Creative, professional and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge/experience with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Teachable and able to take direction when needed.
  • Organized and efficient, with ability to adhere to established workflow practices.
  • Must have troubleshooting skills and an eye for quality control.
  • Must be able to work well within a team in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.

IT Help Desk Specialist

We are looking for a customer service oriented IT Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support for our user base. The role of support desk will provide maintenance, resolve issues of the computer desktop environment and peripheral devices, along with mobile devices. The job description will also involve installing hardware, software solutions, and maintaining help desk records. IT Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for administration and internal support of the Company's PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.

  • Document internal procedures.
  • Assist with onboarding of new users.
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
  • Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory.
  • Provide Help Desk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.
  • Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
  • AModify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstations.
  • Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment.
  • Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software.
